Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to [email protected] or by post to the business address provided by us. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Special notice for services and digital performance

If you requested that we begin performing the services during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount that is proportionate to what has been provided up to the point at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

The right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

For purely digital content or digital performance, additional statutory rules may apply. The exact wording used in your booking and checkout flows should therefore be aligned with your actual contract setup.
