Terms of Use

This page governs the paid and unpaid use of Saypacks services.

These Terms of Use apply to all digital services, websites, apps, backend systems, APIs and automation solutions offered by Saypacks.

The services are directed at both entrepreneurs (business users) and consumers, unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Services

Saypacks offers digital product development, websites, apps, backend systems, APIs and automation solutions.

The specific scope of services results from the respective offer, product description or selected pricing plan.

4. Registration

Registration is required to use certain services.

The user is obligated to provide accurate information and to treat access credentials confidentially.

5. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is formed as soon as the user completes an order and Saypacks confirms it or grants access.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are determined by the respective offer.

Payments are processed via external payment service providers (e.g., Stripe).

The terms and conditions of the respective payment provider apply.

7. Term and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before expiration.

Cancellation can be done via the user account or by email.

8. Use of Services

Use is only permitted within the scope of applicable law.

The following are prohibited in particular: abuse of systems, automated attacks, reverse engineering, use for illegal purposes.

9. Backend and API Usage

When project-specific APIs or backend systems are provided, access credentials must be treated as confidential. Abuse, overload or use outside the agreed scope is prohibited.

10. Use of AI Systems

Saypacks uses AI technologies.

No warranty is given for the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated results.

Use is at the user's own risk.

11. Data Processing

Details on data processing are regulated in the Privacy Policy.

12. Availability

Saypacks endeavors to ensure high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted use.

13. Liability

Saypacks is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

In case of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

Liability for data loss, third-party services or AI results is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

14. Intellectual Property

All rights to software, code and platforms remain with Saypacks.

The user receives a simple, non-transferable right to use.

15. Data Loss

The user is responsible for backing up their own data.

Saypacks assumes no liability for data loss.

16. Changes to Terms

Saypacks reserves the right to modify these terms.

Users will be informed of changes.

17. Force Majeure

Saypacks is not liable for outages due to force majeure (e.g., server failures, natural events, external attacks).

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is - insofar as permitted - the registered office of the provider.

19. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
